If it is under the nail, you need to get an internal medicine like Lamisil. If it is just on the skin, just use one of the many anti-fungal treatments sold OTC.

  3. My Doctor suggested I try 100% tea tree oil topically before using lamisil internally (many reactions and counterindications).
    It worked, it is a lot cheaper and no side effects. All treatments require long time, 2-4 months for complete results.
